Epicore Licensee Onboarding

The Epicore Licensee Onboarding program is designed to guide new restaurant partners through a comprehensive, step-by-step process to ensure a smooth and successful launch of their virtual brand operations. This self-paced program covers all essential aspects of onboarding, from initial preparation and compliance to full platform integration and post-launch optimization. Participants will receive a welcome package with key resources, including an introduction to EpiCore, access to the Learning Management System (LMS), and a digital brand kit. The program includes interactive modules on brand orientation, menu and packaging standards, kitchen setup, and food safety protocols. Licensees will complete practical assignments such as uploading kitchen walkthroughs, submitting equipment checklists, and preparing mock menu items for review. The onboarding journey also features live training sessions, simulated order flows, and technology setup for third-party delivery platforms. By the end of the program, participants will have completed a certification quiz, launched their brand in a soft mode, and received ongoing support and performance coaching. This onboarding experience is tailored to empower licensees with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to maximize their success with EpiCore Virtual Brands.
